No other ticketing service compensates artists for helping to sell tickets online.
We respect your customers. When they click "purchase", we take them straight to the final payment page. There are no pages in between 'buy tickets' and the final payment for the purchase. We ensure you don't lose ticket sales because your buyers have lost interest while navigating to the final payment page and decide to go elsewhere.
The GigsWiz basic booking fee is 8.5%. Your tickets sold by us will be as cheap as possible for the end purchaser. We receive our payment from the booking fee, so there is no extra cost to you.
We can undertake online D2C marketing and promotion activities at our expense - sweet deal for you, you only pay for the successful transactions! We work with your artists to connect with their social networks and online communities. We maximize their fan outreach and your ticket sales as a result.
Your cash flow situation is eased and determined on a case by case basis. Depending on the event you are running we could pay out to you for example at 50% sold. Our standard operating practice is one day after the event has run. Ask us whether your event would be eligible for flexible payments.
